Two dedicated plants in Addis Ababa and a team of 250+ engineers, technicians, and certified welders — the largest mechanical engineering and welding workforce in Ethiopia. Cutting, forming, welding, and finishing all happen under our own roofs, so quality never leaves our hands.

A supply chain we own
Sheet metal, reinforcement bar, electrodes, and tyres arrive through HH Import & Export — our own trading division — and heavy machinery comes from the group's own fleet. Fewer third-party dependencies means honest lead times and delivery dates we can stand behind.

What began as Hagos Hadgu's mechanical garage in 2005 grew into a group with 2 billion birr in capital and 350 employees across manufacturing, trade, construction, and hospitality.
Societal engagement
The group has funded schools in Tigray, built 16 km of community road in Golomekeda, raised temporary shelters for displaced families, built two community churches, and backed national COVID-19 and locust-response efforts — because leading by example is written into our vision.
